CODE7 is the World’s First Community Security Technology Ecosystem. CODE7’s mission is to make professional security assistance and protection services more accessible to everyone via technology, and to improve the safety levels of the communities in Malaysia. We work hand-in-hand with Malaysia’s registered security companies, providing on-demand Respond To Protection services, ranging from Residential, Retail, and Industrial properties.
CODE7 users request our services through the app when they detect threats and suspicious activities around their compounds. RTP (Respond To Protection) service is available 24 hours daily to assist our users when they encounter distress causing incidents such as menacing crowd gathering, triggered security alarms, loud noise during midnight, when loved ones are home alone, witness an incident that needs security support, et cetera.
In 2020, the first CODE7 service, RTP (Respond to Protection), is offered to public.
No, CODE7 is an Online Community Security Technology Platform that provides Safety & Security Support Services from your nearest licensed security firms.
RTP stands for Respond to Protection.

Step 2. Create a new CODE7 account and log in
Step 3. Select the subscription package
Step 4. Make payment / Key in Promo Code
All our Responders are proud Malaysians, licensed by established security firms that are thoroughly checked. Only those who are physically fit (certified), mentally healthy (certified), and free from any criminal offence (verified) are recruited. You are able to see ratings by other users, verify, and rate them yourself in the app too.
You can request to scan the QR code on their ID card to verify once they arrived. We encourage you to report to us as soon as possible if such discrepancies occur.
CODE7 RTP is currently only available in Petaling Jaya, we will extend to other cities across Malaysia soon.
Live Updates for the location of your Responder and their ETA are shown in the app.
Can I Call For The Service If I am Not At Home? Also, Can The Responder Take Action To Help The Non-Subscribing Family Member?
Yes, you can request for CODE7 RTP service through the app even when you are not at home. Our Responders will provide assistance to the people/situation at the registered address, REGARDLESS of who the subscriber is.
No, our Responders will only Respond To Protect according to the registered address(es) in the app.
If Responder Arrived Late At The Scene, Will I Be Compensated For Any Loss Or Damage Due to The Late Arrival?
CODE7 is not liable to any losses, damages (direct or indirect), costs, expenses, claims, or demands resulting from delays, information inaccuracies, or technical errors.
There will be no extra charges as per our standard services. You will only need to pay your preferred monthly subscription fee to use our service.
No, it is not possible for them to fetch anyone as they are specified to travel with motorbike on-duty to ensure high mobility and agility. In case of medical assistance is required, responders will call the nearest ambulance service available and assist you to carry the patient into the ambulance if needed; our responders are provided with the nearest ambulance and other emergency service contacts.
Yes, you can cancel the request made via the app.
There is no maximum capping of RTP usage once you subscribe. Users should take advantage of this to keep themselves safe!
CODE7 responder will be an additional security support to your current security guard when there is security emergency.
Currently, we only accept online banking FPX as well as e-wallet (Boost, GrabPay, MCash, ShopeePay, UnionPay Credit Card)
We will NOT automatically renew your subscription and we will remind you once your package is almost near to expiry date.
At the current phase, CODE7 only covers denser urban areas due to cost; we may roll out into more areas of varying densities in the future. Follow us and stay tuned!
