      • Resume or CVs is required when you are the security company and individual who applied to join Code 7 as business partner to provide security service to Code 7’s customer.

   1. Your Personal Data may be collected from various sources, including but not limited to information you have provided to Code 7, information from third parties and information in the public domain. Such as:

      • When you register our services by submiting our application form via Code 7 Respond To Protection App or any other method submission required by us, whichever applicable.
      • When you contact us by a phone call for any enquiries, complaints, comments or feedbacks, Code 7 may keep record of your personal data and your call may be recorded.
      • When you participate in any surveys, questionnaires, competitions, contests, offers, or promotions done internally or via an appointed third party.
      • When you visit or browse our websites or Mobile Applications.
      • When you apply job with us.
      • When you interact with us via any social media or interactive applications including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
      • Code 7 may collect your personal information from the third parties that Code 7 are dealing with or the third parties who are connecting with you (ie. payment collector, housing developer, credit reporting agencies financial institutions or any related platforms as the case may be).

   1. Efforts will be made to ensure that any Personal Data held by Code 7 is kept up-to-date and is protected against any loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or destruction.
   2. Code 7 may regularly reviewed the security measures in safe keeping your Personal Data and only authorized staffs of Code 7 who have been duly trained are allowed to handle the Personal Data.

6. If Personal Data Provided by You Is Incomplete

   1. Where indicated in Code 7 Respond to Protection application or registration forms manually or electronically, it is your obligation to provide your personal data to us completely and accurately,to enable us process your application for our services. Should you fail to provide a complete and accurate personal data, Code 7 may not be able to process your application. Thus, Code 7 unable to provice your requested services.

7. Right Of Access To Personal Data

   1. Code 7 can assist you to access and/or modify and/or alter and/or update your personal data. However, Code 7 may charge an administration fee for processing your request for access.
   2. Where you wish to have access to your personal data in our possession, or where you are of the opinion that such personal data held by us is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date, you may make a request to us via our Data Access Request Form or Data Correction Request Form respectively. These forms are available at Code7 Headquarters and Code 7 website.
   3. Code 7 may refuse to comply with your request for access or correction in accordance the Act.

8. Retention Of Personal Data

   1. Any Personal Data supplied by you will be retained by Code 7 for a period Code 7 deems fit and necessary for the fulfillment of the Purposes or is required to satisfy legal regulatory, accounting requirements or to protect Code 7’s interests (“the Retention Period”).
   2. Upon expiry of the Retention Period and/or after Code 7 cease to process your Personal Data, Code 7 will take all necessary action to permanently delete and destroy your Personal Data.

9. How Code 7 Protect and Safeguard Your Personal Data

   1. Code 7 will take reasonable steps to protect your personal data and keep your personal data secured. This includes Code 7 security procedures (ie.
