      \u2022 feedback, ratings and compliments;

      \u2022 information about how you interacted with our Apps, Website or services (such as features used and content viewed);
      \u2022 device information (such as hardware model and serial number, IP address, file names and versions and advertising identifiers); and

    4. Personal Data to Responder ;<\/b>
      If you are a Responder, we may collect:

      \u2022 Personal information to establish your identity such Full name, identity card number or passport, nationality and religion;
      \u2022 Contact information such as telephone number and email address;
      \u2022 Payment information such as your debit or credit card information, including g the name of cardholder, card number, expiry date and other bank account details
      \u2022 Other identifying information about the Authorised User as reasonably requested by Code7.
      \u2022 Telematics data (such as your speed, acceleration, and braking data);
      \u2022 Device data (such as accelerometer data, GPS location, your IMEI number and the names of apps you have installed on your device); and
      \u2022 Your motorbike registration data.<\/li>\r\n
    5. Sensitive Personal Data ;<\/b>
      Some of the information that we collect is sensitive in nature. This includes information such as national ID numbers, race, marital status, and your health or religious beliefs. We only collect this information when this is necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.<\/li>\r\n
    6. On-Motorcycle-Camera ;<\/b>
      Some Code7 partners may install personal in-motorbikes cameras in their motorcycles for their own purposes (including safety and security). The use of such on-motorycycle cameras is not endorsed or prohibited by Code7. The collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data obtained from personal on-motorcycle cameras is the responsibility of the relevant partner. Please check with the relevant partner if you have any queries about their use of personal on-motorcycle cameras.<\/li>\r\n
    7. Personal Data of minors ;<\/b>
      As a parent or legal guardian, please do not allow minors under your care to submit Personal Data to Code7. In the event that such Personal Data of a minor is disclosed to Code7, you hereby consent to the processing of the minor\u2019s Personal Data and accept and agree to be bound by this Policy and take responsibility for his or her actions.<\/li>\r\n
    8. When you provide Personal Data of other individuals to us ;<\/b>
      In some situations, you may provide Personal Data of other individuals (such as your spouse, family members or friends) to us. For example, you may add them as your emergency contact.         \u2022 protect the security or integrity of the Services and any facilities or equipment used to make the Services available;
        \u2022 process and manage your rewards;
        \u2022 enable communications between our users;
        \u2022 process, manage or verify your application for subscription with Code7 and to provide you with subscribers\u2019 benefits; and
        \u2022 enable our partners to manage and allocate fleet resources.<\/li>\r\n
      3. Safety and security<\/b>
        We use your data to ensure the safety and security of our services and all users. This includes:

        \u2022 screening driver and delivery partners before enabling their use of our Services;
        \u2022 identifying unsafe driving behaviour such as speeding, harsh braking and acceleration, and providing personalised feedback to driver partners;
        \u2022 verifying your identity when you log in to Code7 App;
        \u2022 using device, location, profile, usage and other Personal Data to prevent, detect and combat fraud or unsafe activities;
        \u2022 sharing drivers and passengers\u2019 location and details when the emergency button or the \u201cShare My Ride\u201d feature is activated;
        \u2022 monitoring compliance with our terms and conditions, policies and Driver\u2019s Code of Conduct; and
        \u2022 detecting, preventing and prosecuting crime.<\/li>\r\n
      4. Customer support<\/b>
        We use Personal Data to resolve customer support issues. For example, we may:

        \u2022 monitor and improve our customer support responses;
        \u2022 respond to questions, comments and feedback; and

Our partners include partners that integrate with our App or our App integrates with, vehicle services partners, or business partners which Code7 collaborate with to loyal service, guardian security or other specialised service.<\/li>\r\n

          For example, your employer may receive trip data when you use your employer\u2019s Code7 for Business account.<\/li>\r\n
